Kydex Thermoform Sheet is very similar to both Holstex and Boltaron in the way it forms when heated and molded around an object. Once cooled, this material will keep the shape of the item that was used to mold the shape into place. In its cooled state, it is very durable and lightweight. It is used widely in holster making, cosplay costume creation, keel guard protectors, and much more.

The Infused Prints are applied with our leading digital infusion process, which allows the graphics to be thermally bonded to the top layer of the KYDEX thermoform sheet, yet maintains the original sheet's texture and size. To use Kydex thermoform sheet, score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered. Heat the material to a 300-375 degree Fahrenheit range and place over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand edges to desired shape. Detailed instructions are included with each order.
